The declaration of conformity of a system is the document, issued by the installation technician of the same, which certifies its compliance with current standards and the required technical specifications.

The installing company is required to deliver the certificate of conformity, at the end of the installation work of a system of any type or its complete refurbishment.

For systems built before the law came into force , or for cases in which it is not possible to find the declaration of conformity, however, the decree 37/08 introduced the so-called Declaration of Compliance , which must be drawn up by one of the subjects envisaged by art.
